    The turnaround time depends on the combination of languages, the volume of work, and in the case of a request for an urgent translation, on our current workload. The standard turnaround time is usually 2-3 working days.     Our company relies on a broad base of in-house and freelance translators. This allows us to respond flexibly to large and extraordinary requests from our customers and deliver translations in the shortest possible time. Confirmation of the due date on our part is always binding on us.
    We accept orders and materials for translation and interpretation in all forms suitable for this purpose. Orders and requests, together with documents, you can submit to us: by e-mail by mail or by courier at our address using the request form or in person at our company office In case of sending by post or courier, please do not forget to attach a short cover letter.In case of personal delivery, we are here for you every working day from 8:00 to 18:00.

    When placing an order at the office, the customer receives a confirmed copy of the order form, which contains all the data required to complete the order, and the order is executed in strict accordance with these data. When delivered by another method, the order is confirmed by the agreed reliable method (in most cases by e-mail). We send the finished translation by the method chosen in the order (by e-mail, by mail, in person at our office, etc.).

    The translation can also be sent by courier service or by another method preferred by the customer. Payment is possible in the office using a payment card or in cash, remotely using a payment card on our website or by bank transfer. Unless otherwise stated in writing, orders are executed exclusively in accordance with the order and instructions of the client, on the basis of the relevant provisions of the Civil or Commercial Code, in the manner stated in the General Terms and Conditions of CESOP, s.r.o.
